欣赏型探究——我国特殊教育改革发展的新路径

摘要 目前我国特殊教育已迈入改革发展的新时代。基于欣赏型探究“聚焦优势与正能量”的基本理论,以发掘欣赏型探究理念的价值所在。通过转变“聚焦问题、解决问题”传统理念的思维视角,将“欣赏”引入“问题”,欣赏型探究理论能够在制定特殊教育法规政策,建构优质特殊教育学校,培养欣赏型特殊师资力量和营造特殊家庭养育环境等方面为我国特殊教育改革发展提供具有可行性的发展新路径。 At present, China’s special education has entered a new era of reform and development. Based on the basic theory of appreciative inquiry “focusing on advantages and positive energy”, this paper explores the value of appreciative inquiry. By introducing “appreciation” into “problems”, the theory of “appreciative inquiry” can provide a feasible new development path for the reform and development of special education in China in the aspects of formulating special education regulations and policies, constructing high-quality special education schools, cultivating special teachers with appreciation and creating special family nurturing environment.
