大学生竞争态度、自尊以及考试焦虑的关系研究

Research on the Relationship of College Students’ Competitive Attitude,Self-esteem and Test Anxiety

目的:探究大学生的竞争态度、自尊以及考试焦虑的关系。方法:采用竞争态度量表、自尊量表以及考试焦虑量表对中国地质大学的369名大学生进行测查。结果:①男大学生的竞争态度显著高于女大学生,考试焦虑显著弱于女生;大学四年级学生的忧虑性显著高于大学一年级、三年级学生;②大学生的过度竞争与考试焦虑的忧虑性显著正相关,良性竞争与考试焦虑的忧虑性、情绪性均显著负相关,自尊与考试焦虑的忧虑性、情绪性显著正相关,竞争态度与考试焦虑显著负相关,自尊与考试焦虑显著正相关;③大学生的过度竞争、自尊能显著共同正向预测大学生考试焦虑的忧虑性总变异的3.80%;大学生的性别、良性竞争、自尊能显著共同预测大学生考试焦虑的情绪性总变异的11.00%;大学生的性别、竞争态度、自尊能显著共同预测大学生的考试焦虑总变异的3.80%。结论:大学生的性别、竞争态度、自尊是其考试焦虑的有效预测因素。

Objective: to explore the relationship among college students’ competitive attitude, self-esteem and test anxiety. Methods: 369 undergraduates from China University of Geosciences were tested with Competitive Attitude Scale, Self-esteem Scale and Test Anxiety Scale. Result: firstly, the competitive attitude of male students is significantly higher than that of female students, and the test anxiety is significantly weaker than that of female students;the anxiety of fourth-grade students is significantly higher than that of first-grade and third-grade students;secondly, the excessive competition is positively correlated with the anxiety of test anxiety, while the benign competition is positively correlated with the anxiety and emotion of test anxiety. Self-esteem was positively correlated with anxiety and emotion of test anxiety, competitive attitude was negatively correlated with test anxiety, and self-esteem was positively correlated with test anxiety;thirdly, over-competition and self-esteem could positively predict 3.80% of the total variation of test anxiety. Gender, benign competition and self-esteem can significantly predict 11.00% of the total variation of test anxiety, while gender, competitive attitude and self-esteem can significantly predict 3.80% of the total variation of test anxiety. Conclusion: College Students’ gender, competitive attitude and self-esteem are effective predictors of their test anxiety.
