中国智库国际化人才培养的路径探析

A Probe into the Path of Internationalized Talent Training of Chinese Think Tanks

[目的/意义]探索我国智库国际化人才培养的科学路径,推进中国智库国际化人才培养。[方法/过程]分析我国智库国际化人才培养面临的形势、现状和存在的问题,借鉴国外一流智库在培养国际化人才方面的有益经验。[结果/结论]建议从制定国际化人才培养计划、多渠道打造国际化人才培养体系、深度开展国际化人才培养模式等几个方面探索我国智库国际化人才培养的路径。

[Purpose/significance] This article explores the scientific path of the internationalized talent training and promotes its process in Chinese think tanks.[Method/process] It analyses the environment, current situation and existing problems faced by the internationalized talent training of Chinese think tanks, and draws on the useful experience of the first-class foreign think tanks in training internationalized talents.[Result/conclusion] It is suggested that the path of internationalized talent training in Chinese think tanks should be explored from the following aspects: formulating an internationalized talent training plan, building an internationalized talent training system through multiple channels, and carrying out an in-depth internationalized talent training model.
