摘要
以某厂环丁砜液液抽提工艺为基础,采用流程模拟软件对环丁砜芳烃抽提工艺进行了模拟及优化。选择修正后的活度系数方程NRTL作为热力学方法,结果表明模拟值与文献中液液平衡数据及设计值符合性较好,证明建立模型的准确性。分别对提馏塔塔顶压力、回收塔塔顶压力、塔底温度及回流比进行了分析及优化,确定了较优的工艺条件,并新增了回收塔进料预热器。经过工艺的优化,芳烃收率有所提高,其中苯收率99.96%,甲苯收率99.94%,二甲苯收率96.1%,同时比原设计综合能耗降低了7.08%,取得了较好的节能效果。
Based on the sulfolane aromatics extraction (SAE) unit, simulation software was used to simulate and optimize the SAE process. The modified NRTL activity coefficient equation was selected as thermodynamic method. The results showed that the calculated values were consistent with the reported liquid-liquid equilibrium data and the design values,and the reliability of model was verified. The operating parameters of the stripping column top pressure, the recovery column top pressure, and the bottom temperature and reflux ratio of the recovery column were analyzed and optimized to identify optimal process conditions, with a feed preheater added to the recovery column. After the optimization, the recovery of aromatics was increased, with the recovery of benzene, toluene and xylene up to 99.96%, 99.94% and 96.1% respectively, and the total energy consumption down by 7.08%, meaning a satisfactory energy-saving effect.
