摘要
为满足GB 31570-2015《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》,中国石化济南炼化公司4 万t/a 硫黄回收装置进行了工艺操作优化及改造。制硫炉配风、催化剂性能、胺液质量、液硫脱气废气、燃料气等参数是影响装置尾气SO2 达标排放的主要因素,通过采取优化配风控制、实施LS-DeGAS 硫黄装置降低SO2 排放成套技术改造,该硫黄回收装置尾气SO2 排放浓度由改造前的300~400 mg/m3 降至50~60 mg/m3,满足了国家环保排放新标准的要求。
In order to meet the requirements by GB 31570-2015 "Emission Standards for Pollutants from Petroleum Refining Industry", the 40 kt/a sulfur recovery unit of Sinopec Jinan Company was optimized and reformed. Air distribution, catalyst performance, amine quality, exhaust gas from liquid sulfur desulfurization, fuel gas and other parameters are the main factors affecting the SO2 standard emission from tailgas of sulfur-making furnace. A complete set of technical transformation was carried out for reducing SO2 emission in LS-DeGAS sulfur plant by optimizing air distribution control. The SO2 emission concentration of the tailgas was decreased from 300- 400 mg/m3 to 50-60 mg/m3, enabling the tail gas to meet the requirements of the new emission standard.
