摘要 己内酰胺装置贝克曼重排单元排出的苯萃取残液是典型的难处理高浓度有机废液。某厂采用浓缩焚烧法处理苯萃取残液,运行成本高。水煤浆气化技术能处理高浓度有机废液,但废液成浆性能低于新鲜水,影响气化经济效益。文章根据苯萃取残液性质,结合高浓度废液制水煤浆气化技术,提出了使用苯萃取残液制水煤浆解决其资源化难的新思路。使用苯萃取残液、新鲜水、神优2#单煤和某混配煤进行成浆性实验。结果表明:苯萃取残液能够与神优2#单煤、某混配煤制备合格水煤浆,煤浆浓度分别为61.11%和63.19%;新鲜水的成浆性能优于苯萃取残液;某混配煤的成浆性能优于神优2#单煤;煤中内水对成浆性能影响较大;苯萃取残液制水煤浆前,需要将pH值调为弱碱性。 The benzene extraction residue discharged from Beckman rearrangement unit of caprolactam plant is a typical high concentration organic waste liquid that is difficult to treat. A caprolactam plant uses concentrated incineration process to treat benzene extraction residue, but the operating cost is high. Coal slurry gasification technology can treat high concentration organic waste liquid, but the slurryability of waste liquid is lower than that of fresh water, affecting the economic benefits of gasification. According to the properties of benzene extraction residue and the gasification technology of coal slurry made from high concentration of waste liquid, a new idea of coal slurry made from benzene extraction residue was put forward. Slurryability experiments were conducted using benzene extraction residue, fresh water, Shenyou 2# single coal and a mixed coal. The results showed that the benzene extraction residue was able to prepare qualified coal slurry with Shenyou 2# single coal and a mixed coal. The concentration of coal slurry was 61.11% and 63.19% respectively. The slurryability of fresh water is better than that of benzene extraction residue. The slurryability of a mixed coal is better than that of Shenyou 2# single coal. Inherent moisture in coal has a great influence on slurryability. Before the benzene extraction residue is used to make the coal slurry, the pH value needs to be adjusted to weak alkalinity.
