摘要
建立了分光光度法甲醛测定仪的校准方法。介绍了分光光度法甲醛测定仪的工作原理,提出了校准项目和的技术指标:仪器零点漂移为±0.005,示值误差为±0.05,重复性为1.0%,测量线性为相关系数不小于0.995。对甲醛测定仪吸光度示值误差的测量不确定度进行了评定,扩展不确定度为0.010(κ=2)。该校准方法可用于分光光度法甲醛测定仪的校准,保证测量数据的准确可靠。
The calibration method of spectrophotometry formaldehyde measuring instrument was established. The working principle of the spectrophotometry formaldehyde tester was introduced, and the technical indexes of the calibration items were put forward: the zero drift of the instrument was ±0.005, the indication error was ±0.05, the repeatability was 1.0%, and the linear correlation coefficient was not less than 0.995. The uncertainty of measurement uncertainty of absorbance indication error of formaldehyde tester was evaluated, and the extended uncertainty was 0.010(κ=2). The calibration method can be used to calibrate the spectrophotometry formaldehyde tester to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement data.
