科技公共检测服务平台客户满意度评价研究

摘要 对科技公共检测服务平台客户满意度评价进行了研究。以某涉电领域公共检测服务平台为例,设定8项一级指标和22项二级指标评价体系,运用灰度分析法,对科技公共服务平台客户满意度进行分析评价。评价结果显示该检测平台科技服务总体较好,但仍有提升空间,特别是检测技术人员的专业经验有待丰富。该研究可评估服务平台的工作成效,为全面提升服务能力和制定相关政策提供了重要依据。 The customer satisfaction evaluation of science and technology public service platform was studied. A public testing service platform in the field of electricity-related was taken as an example, 8 first-level indicators and 22 second-level indicators evaluation system were set up. Applying gray analysis method to analyze and evaluate the customer satisfaction of science and technology public service platform. The evaluation results showed that the scientific and technological services of the testing platform were generally good, but there was still room for improvement, especially the professional experience of the testing technicians needs to be enriched. This study can evaluate the effectiveness of the service platform, and provide an important basis for improving service capacity and formulating relevant policies in an allround way.
