摘要 综述了有机场效应晶体管气体传感器技术检测有害气体的研究进展。阐述了有机场效应晶体管传感技术原理,重点介绍了近年来有机场效应晶体管传感技术在检测含氮、含硫、含磷各类有毒有害气体等领域的研究工作,并对其在未来的实际应用进行了展望,为从事相关领域研究的人员提供参考。 The research progress of organic field effect transistor gas sensor technology for detecting harmful gases was reviewed. The principle of organic field effect transistor sensing technology was described. The recent research work of organic field effect transistor sensing technology in the detection of toxic and harmful gases containing nitrogen, sulfur and phosphorus were mainly introduced. The prospect of its practical application in the future was forecasted. This study provides a references for researchers in related fields.
