摘要
为了研究江苏及其周边地区近期引起禽霍乱的多杀性巴氏杆菌分子流行病学特点,对送检病例进行细菌分离,使用PCR方法鉴定多杀性巴氏杆菌分离菌株的荚膜血清型和多位点序列分型,并对其进行药敏试验。结果显示,从暴发禽霍乱病例中分离出的12株细菌,皆为荚膜血清型A型的多杀性巴氏杆菌,其序列型为ST-129。在此基础上进行的药敏试验结果显示,12株多杀性巴氏杆菌对丁胺卡那霉素、氟苯尼考和多粘菌素B均敏感;但对卡那霉素、链霉素和强力霉素等表现不同程度的耐药性。因此,引起江苏及其周边地区暴发禽霍乱的多杀性巴氏杆菌序列型为ST-129,给禽类免疫全价细菌灭活苗可能是较好的防控措施。
In order to study the molecular epidemiological characteristics ofPasteurella multocida, which was caused by avian cholera in Jiangsu and the surrounding areas, the bacteria isolates were collected,and its capsular serogroup and multi-locus sequence typing were identified using PCR. Moreover, drug susceptibility test were conducted. The results showed that 12 P. multocida strains were isolated and identified in fowl cholera outbreaks. All 12 isolates were classified as serogroup A. They weve genetically identical and belonged to the ST129 sequence type based on seven MLST loci. The drug susceptibility test showed that 12 isolates were sensi- tive to Amikacin, florfenicol and polymyxin B, but had no resistance to the rest antibiotics. Therefore, The sequence of Pasteurella multocida that caused outbreaks of avian cholera in Jiangsu and the surrounding areas was ST129,and the bacteria inactivated vaccine may be a better prevention and control measure.
