胃食管反流病与心房颤动的研究进展

心房颤动是临床上最常见的心律失常疾病之一,可导致患者死亡率升高。胃食管反流病是上消化道常见的疾病,是指胃内容物反流入食管引起的不适症状(胃灼热、反酸)。近年来研究显示,胃食管反流可能会引发房颤发生。局部炎症、迷走-交感神经刺激、自身免疫、活性氧过量产生和慢性心房缺血可能是其发生的重要机制,炎症反应和神经功能异常参与房颤和胃食管反流病的发生发展。本文结合目前国内外文献对房颤与胃食管反流间的关系及其可能机制进行综述。

Atrial fibrillation(AF) is one of the most common arrhythmia diseases in the clinic,which can increase the mortality. Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) is a common digestive organ disease, refers to the stomach contents into the esophagus caused by symptoms(Heartburn and regurgitation).In recent years, studies have shown that GERD may cause AF. Local inflammation, vagal-sympathetic nerve stimulation, autoimmune system, reactive oxygene speacies over production and chronic atrial ischemia may be an important mechanisms of its occurrence. Inflammation and nerve dysfunction are involved in the development of AF and GERD. This article is a review of the relationship between atrial fibrillation and gastroesophageal reflux and their possible mechanisms.
