摘要
文中分析了缺陷点密集区域分布特点,结合缺陷点密集分布的实际特点,参考ASMEB31.G中预评估因子的计算方法,借助计算机辅助设计,对缺陷进行评估,优化修复方案,设计了凸型套筒,对在役管道实施焊接修复,控制管道运行压力,采用粘弹体材料对缺陷点密集区域进行防腐,为长输管道有关缺陷点密集区域修复或管道不规则区域缺陷修复工作提供参考。
In this paper, the characteristics of intensive area distribution of defect points were analyzed. Combined with the actual characteristics of dense distribution of defect points and referring to the calculation method of pre-evaluation factor in ASME B31.G, with the aid of computer aided design, the defect was evaluated, the repair scheme was optimized, and the convex sleeve was designed. The in-service pipeline was repaired by welding, the operating pressure of the pipeline was controlled, and viscoelastic materials were used to carry out corrosion protection for the intensive area of defect points. It can be used as a reference for repairing defects in dense area or irregular area of long distance pipeline.
