摘要 为提高原油集输管道的防腐蚀效果,对管道的腐蚀环境进行了分析,对目前常用的缓蚀剂、内防腐层、外防腐层、阴极保护和非金属管道技术进行了适用性研究。研究表明,环氧粉末涂层作为原油集输管道的外防腐结构具有较明显的优势;液体环氧涂料和纤维增强软管翻衬技术可适用于新建管线的内防腐;水泥聚合物砂浆复合涂层和塑料管穿插技术可适用于管道修复。 In order to improve the anti-corrosion effect of crude oil gathering and transportation pipeline, the corrosion environment of pipeline was analyzed. The applicability of corrosion inhibitor, internal anticorrosion coating, external anticorrosion coating, cathodic protection and nonmetallic pipeline technology were studied. Researches show that epoxy powder coating has obvious advantages as the external anti-corrosion structure of crude oil gathering and transportation pipeline. Liquid epoxy coating and fiber reinforced hose lining technology can be applied to the internal anti-corrosion of newly-built pipelines. Cement polymer composite coating and plastic pipe interpenetration technology can be applied to pipeline repair.
