旁通阀形状对清管器管内流场的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 为分析不同形状的旁通阀在具有相同的最大泄流面积比时对清管器管内流场特性的影响,进而为选择合适的旁通阀提供依据,运用ANSYSFluent流体仿真软件,采用自带的网格划分模块mesh对清管器流体区域模型进行划分网格,求解时选择Realizablek-e湍流模型对清管器模型内部流场进行仿真研究,获得不同形状的旁通阀在清管器工作时的压力云图和湍流动能图。结果表明:在阀门开口周围压强较低范围处,锥角旁通阀比直角旁通阀的流域更小,湍动能也更小。 In order to analyze the influence of different shaped bypass valves with the same maximum discharge area ratio on the flow field characteristics in the pipeline pigs, and then to provide basis for the choices of proper bypass valves, fluid simulation software ANSYS Fluent was used, the fluid area model of pig was meshed by the mesh division module mesh, and Realizable k-e turbulence model was selected when solving to study the inner flow field of the pig model. Pressure cloud diagram and turbulent kinetic energy diagram of bypass valves with different shapes were obtained when the pig was working. Results show that the cone angle bypass valve has smaller catchment and less turbulent kinetic energy than the right-angle bypass valve in the lower range of pressure around the valve opening.
