基于乡村振兴迫切需要气象科技服务,气象科技在创新乡村振兴手段、创造乡村致富新契机、服务乡村振兴目标、助力乡村脱贫攻坚等方面有着重要的现实意义,指出了气象科技振兴乡村存在的问题,在此基础上提出了以现代气象科技服务农业、挖掘乡村气候资源、推动气象科技服务农业转型、利用气象科技助力农业保险、完善乡村气象防灾减灾综合体系、开展农村气象科普宣传等促进气象科技支撑乡村振兴战略的有效对策,为气象科技创新与制度创新"双轮驱动",充分发挥"趋利避害、减灾增收"作用和推动乡村振兴提供参考。

Based on the urgent needs of meteorological technology services for rural revitalization,and the important practical significance such as meteorological science and technology innovating rural revitalization means,create a new opportunity for the countryside to get rich;serving rural revitalization goals,helping the countryside to get rid of poverty,it points out the problems of meteorological science and technology in revitalizing the rural areas.On this basis,the effective measures are proposed to use modern meteorological science and technology to serve agriculture,tap rural climate resources,promote the transformation of meteorological science and technology service agriculture,use meteorological technology to help agricultural insurance,and improve the comprehensive system of rural meteorological disaster prevention and reduction,and to provide "two-wheel drive" for meteorological science and technology innovation and institutional innovation,and give full play to the role of "strengthening and avoiding disasters,reducing disasters and increasing income" and promoting rural revitalization.
