基于供求理论的高等职业教育与新型城镇化耦合性研究——以四川信息职业技术学院为例

Research on the coupling between higher vocational education and new urbanization based on the supply and demand theory:Taking Sichuan Vocational College of Information Technology as an example

在系统梳理新型城镇化建设与高职教育互动关系的基础上,以四川信息职业技术学院为例,从宏观、中观、微观3个层面探讨其作为人才"供给侧"适应新型城镇化建设"需求侧"的策略与措施。研究结果有利于高职教育更好地满足新型城镇化建设对人才的需求,促进人才供需平衡,也可为高职教育管理相关部门制定政策提供科学依据和参考。

On the basis of systematically sorting out the interactive relationship between new urbanization construction and higher vocational education,taking Sichuan Vocational College of Information Technology as an example,it discusses its strategies and measures as the "supply side" of talents to adapt to the "demand side" of new urbanization construction from the macro,meso and micro levels.The research results are conducive for higher vocational education to better meet the demand for talents in new urbanization construction,promote the balance of talent supply and demand,and provide scientific basis and reference for the formulation of policies by higher vocational education management departments.
