民族地区经济社会协调发展路径研究

COORDINATED DEVELOPMENT IS THE FUNDAMENTAL WAY FOR THE SUSTAINED AND HEALTHY DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT INMINORITY AREAS

协调发展是民族地区经济社会持续健康发展的根本要求和必然选择。本文以新发展理念特别是协调发展理念为指导,运用系统思维和矛盾分析方法阐述了民族地区经济社会发展面临的新形势与发展定位的关系,分析了民族地区经济、社会、文化领域中制约影响发展的各种矛盾因素及其表现形式,并探讨处理区域与中心、特色与均衡、特殊与统一的关系协调及相应解决途径问题。

Coordinated development is the fundamental requirement and inevitable choice for the sustained and healthy development of the economic and social fields in minority areas. Guided by the new development concept, especially the concept of coordinated development, this paper expounds the relationship between the new situation faced by the economic and social development of minority areas and the orientation of development by usingsystemic thinking and contradictory analysis methods, and analyzes the restrictive influences in the economic, social and cultural fields of minority areas.It also discusses the relationship between processing area and center, characteristics and balance, special and unified relationship and corresponding solutions.
