摘要
由于复合式衬砌易出现渗漏水、衬砌开裂等病害,京沈铁路客运专线京冀段梨花顶隧道复合式衬砌采用了反粘式防水板、混凝土分层逐窗浇筑和拱顶带模注浆新工艺,克服了传统工艺的弊端。反粘式防水板铺挂简单,与二次衬砌混凝土黏结良好,具有防窜流性能;通过串筒溜槽实现分层逐窗浇筑,能避免出现混凝土离析、裂缝等病害,提升衬砌混凝土实体质量;带模注浆不仅能保证拱顶衬砌厚度,而且能促进二次衬砌混凝土迎水面与反粘式防水板黏结,形成皮肤式整体防水。经雷达检测和钻芯取样证实,工程质量良好。
Because the composite lining is prone to seepage and lining cracking,the new technologies such as anti-sticky waterproof board,concrete layered window-by-window grouting and grouting with arch roof mould were adopted in the composite lining of Lihuading Tunnel in Beijing-Hebei section of Beijing-Shenyang Railway Passenger Dedicated Line,which overcame the disadvantages of traditional technology.The anti-sticky waterproof board is simple to hang and has good bonding with the secondary lining concrete,which has anti-channeling performance.The layered window-by-window grouting was realized through a series of chutes,which can avoid concrete segregation,cracks and other diseases,and improve the quality of lining concrete entity.Grouting with mould can not only ensure the thickness of vault lining,but also promote the secondary lining concrete upstream face to bond with anti-sticky waterproof board,which can form skin-type integral waterproof.Radar detection and core sampling prove that the engineering quality is good.
