地方民族高校研究生思想政治教育状况及对策探究——以省属地方民族院校M大学为例

研究生是高等教育人才培养的最高层次,是党和政府宝贵的人才资源。研究生教育是我国社会主义现代化建设拔尖创新人才培养的重要渠道。新时代背景下,随着教育改革的不断深入推进,研究生思想政治教育面临着新挑战。通过对省属地方民族院校M大学研究生的抽样、走访调查,对研究生思想政治教育当前面临的挑战进行分析,并从学校制度建设层面、课程改革方面以及对学生自我教育的引导等方面提出加强研究生思想政治教育的对策。

Postgraduate students are the highest level of higher education personnel training and a valuable talent resource for the party and the government. Postgraduate education is an important channel for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in China's socialist modernization drive. Under the background of the new era, with the continuous deepening of education reform, postgraduate ideological and political education faces new challenges. Through the sampling and interview investigation of M university graduate students from provincial and local ethnic colleges, this paper analyzes the current challenges of postgraduate ideological and political education, and strengthens the aspects of school system construction, curriculum reform and the guidance of students' self-education.
