摘要 在中非新型战略伙伴关系的背景下,随着中非合作论坛和“一带一路”建设的全面推进,中国与非洲各国在经贸和人文交流等领域的合作迅速扩大。非洲各国对单纯的汉语和中国文化的学习需求正逐渐向基于汉语和中国文化的职业技术、技能教育转变。非洲孔子学院进行职业技术特色办学的探索符合中非合作的新形势和社会需求。将职业教育正式纳入非洲孔子学院的发展蓝图和教学序列,将引导各孔子学院加速制定更加具有针对性的培养计划,进行相应的课程开发和建设、教材编写以及实施更为有效的人力资源体系建设,进而探索和实践出一条具有非洲区域特色的孔子学院内涵式、可持续发展道路。 In recent years, the Sino-African cooperation has been witnessing a rapid development in multiple areas like economy and people-to-people exchange in culture and education because of the FOCAC, Belt and Road promotion and the strategic bond between China and Africa. With the help of Confucius institutes, the Chinese language teaching and learning in African countries has been improved greatly.Besides the Chinese language and culture, local people need more skills and technologies concerning their employment. The introduction and practice of vocational and technical education and programmers are welcomed, which meets the current social and economic situation in African countries and at the same time will diversify the courses, curriculums and human resources, contributing to the intensive and sustainable development of Confucius institutes in Africa.
