农林院校经管类专业创新创业人才培养模式研究

当前农林院校经管类专业在创新创业教育上存在教育体系不完善、师资匮乏、基础条件差、与特色学科结合度差、重视程度不够、实践能力弱等问题。文章从学业阶段、创新创业理论、创新创业实践三个维度构建了农林院校经管类专业创新创业教育人才培养模式,并从四个方面提出了相应的人才培养建议。

At present, the management majors of agriculture and forestry colleges have problems in the innovation and entrepreneurship education, such as imperfect education system, lack of teachers, poor basic conditions, poor combination with featured disciplines, insufficient attention, and weak practical ability. This paper constructs the cultivation mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education talents in agricultural and forestry universities from three dimensions, which are academic phase, innovative entrepreneurship theory and practice, and puts forward corresponding suggestions from four aspects.
