新时代校长培训专业化研究设计与策略——以渭南市为例

摘要 在新的时代背景下,教育部逐步加强了对校长培训专业化的政策导向。区域性的研究及培训仍然存在差距与不足。要谱写新时代校长培训专业化的新篇章,仍需不断研究政策、调研诊断、设计方案、课程研发、绩效评估、增强实效。通过研究,点燃校长的专业激情,唤醒校长的专业潜能,形成模式、体系、机制与策略,帮助义务教育学校校长由职业化向专业化发展。 In the new era, the Ministry of Education has gradually strengthened a specialized training for school principals. There is a difference and deficiency on regional research and training. In order to write a new chapter in training for school principals in the modern era, it still needs to constantly study policies, make surveys, conduct diagnosis, design programs, develop curriculum, evaluate performance and enhance substantial results. Through research, it can enlighten the principal's professional enthusiasm, awaken his professional potentials, form a model, system, mechanism and strategy, and thus help principals at compulsory schools to develop from professionalization to specialization.
