摘要
为全面提升成人高等教育课堂教学质量,借鉴全面质量管理理论与CIPP评价模式提出基于教学设计质量、教学过程质量、教学结果质量的“三维一体”成人高等教育课堂教学质量评价模型,建立了完整评价指标体系,并利用H校成人高等教育课堂教学实践进行了检验,研究结果能比较全面反映H大学课堂教学实际情况,研究结论表明该评价模型和指标体系具有较广泛的适用性,可推广使用。
In order to comprehensively improve the quality of classroom teaching in adult higher education, this paper proposes a "three-dimensional" adult higher education classroom teaching quality evaluation model based on the quality of teaching design, the quality of teaching process and the quality of teaching results, based on the comprehensive quality management theory and CIPP evaluation model, and establishes a complete evaluation. The index system is tested by the practice teaching of adult higher education in H school. The research results can fully reflect the actual situation of classroom teaching in H university. The research results show that the evaluation model and indicator system have wider applicability and can be promoted.
