基于CDIO的模具CAD/CAE/CAM实验教学体系的构建 被引量:4

摘要 通过分析现有模具计算机辅助设计(CAD)、模具计算机辅助工程(CAE)、模具计算机辅助制造(CAM)实验教学中存在的问题,根据CDIO工程教育模式,以材料成形件从数字模型到成形件实物的整个过程为载体,构建了一体化的模具CAD/CAE/CAM综合实验教学体系。依据工程教育认证对学生的要求,制订了实验课程的教学目标,并对实验教学方式、成绩考核评估等方面进行了分析与探讨。该实验课程对于探索实验教学的新模式、新方法,培养学生解决复杂工程问题及综合创新能力等方面具有推广应用价值。 By analyzing the existing problems in the computer-aided design (CAD), mold computer-aided engineering (CAE), and mold-assisted manufacturing (CAM) experiment teaching, according to the CDIO engineering education model, the material forming parts from the digital model to the forming parts The whole process of the physical object is the carrier, and an integrated CAD/CAE/CAM integrated experimental teaching system is constructed. According to the requirements of engineering education certification for students, the teaching objectives of the experimental course were formulated, and the experimental teaching methods and performance evaluation were analyzed and discussed. The experimental course has the promotion and application value for exploring new modes and methods of experimental teaching, cultivating students to solve complex engineering problems and comprehensive innovation ability.
