摘要
针对LED照明电路中输出大电流的应用需求,设计了一种基于TEA1791A的同步整流电路,给出了芯片的内部结构框图,详细介绍了芯片工作原理和同步整流信号波形。针对应用场合为二次侧带中心抽头出线方式的LLC电路,给出了同步整流电路的设计框图,并在实验平台上经过了实验验证。实验结果表明,设计能够提升开关电源的整体效率。
Aiming at the application requirement of high output current in LED lighting circuit,a synchronous rectifier circuit based on TEA1791 A is designed,the internal structure of the chip is given,and the working principle of the chip and the waveform of synchronous rectifier signal are introduced in detail. Aiming at LLC circuit with secondary side-band central tap-out mode in application,the design block diagram of synchronous rectifier circuit is given,which has been verified by experiment on the experimental platform. The experimental results show that the design can improve the overall efficiency of switching power supply.
