摘要 社会的高速发展使得生产与生活对电能供应的要求越来越高。对人民生活、社会生产进行大规模的数据采集与分析,并根据结果做出相应的判断,对优化电力规划、节能减排、方便居民生活、统筹社会生产的意义重大。国家电网有限公司提出打造"三型两网",其中泛在电力物联网肩负在现有电网基础上,进一步沟通用户侧与发、输、配电侧的任务。从功能来说,泛在电力物联网基本可以分为感知层、网络层、节点中心与调度层4个结构。根据各结构的作用有针对地进行发展与建设,系统协调基于整体构架建设泛在电力物联网,做到物物相连、人物互动,打造共建共治共享的能源互联生态圈。 With the rapid development of society,the demand of production and life for power supply is getting higher and higher. Large-scale data acquisition and analysis of people’s life and social production and corresponding judgment based on the results are of great significance for optimizing power planning,energy saving and emission reduction,facilitating residents’ lives and coordinating social production. State Grid Co.,Ltd. proposes to build "three-type twonetwork",in which the ubiquitous Internet of Things undertakes the task of further communicating the user side with the generation,transmission and distribution side on the basis of the existing power grid. In terms of function,Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things can be basically divided into four layers:perception layer,network layer,node center and dispatch layer. According to the function of each structure,the development and construction should be carried out in a targeted manner,and the construction of the ubiquitous Internet of Things based on the overall framework should be coordinated systematically,so as to achieve the interconnection of things and the interaction of people,and build an energy interconnection ecosphere of co-governance and sharing.
