煤矿机电设计中的节能问题研究

摘要 煤炭行业的煤矿机电设备的能源消耗极大,能源的消耗量与机电设备的设计有着直接关系。文中论述了煤矿企业节能技术及煤矿机电设计中的节能问题,选择合理的电压等级、变压器、用电方式、变频技术以及照明设备,可实现有效的节能作用,增加企业经济效益。煤矿机电设计中的节能技术不仅可以满足节能减排的基本要求,还可以提高煤炭企业的经济效益,是煤炭企业实现可持续发展的重要途径。 Coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment in the coal industry consumes a lot of energy,which is directly related to the design of mechanical and electrical equipment. The energy-saving technology of coal mine enterprises and energy-saving problems in mechanical and electrical design of coal mine are discussed in this paper. Reasonable selection of voltage level,transformer,power consumption mode,frequency conversion technology and lighting equipment can achieve effective energy-saving effect and increase economic benefits of enterprises. Energy-saving technology in mechanical and electrical design of coal mine can not only meet the basic requirements of energy saving and emission reduction,but also improve the economic benefits of coal enterprises. It is an important way for coal enterprises to achieve sustainable development.
