目前,我国面临着一个较为严重的问题,即人口众多,但是能源却较为短缺。水电站在我国是一种非常重要的建设项目,对于缓解我国目前的能源紧张问题有着重要的作用。因此,为了保障人们的生活质量、促进经济的平稳发展,应该对水电站的运行控制技术进行提升。

At present,China is facing a more serious problem,our country has a large population,but the energy is scarce. Therefore,hydropower station is a very important construction project in China at present,which plays an important role in relieving the current energy shortage problem in China. Therefore,in order to ensure the quality of life,good environmental hygiene and stable and effective development of the economy,we should also enhance the operation control technology of the hydropower station and achieve twice the result with half the effort in terms of efficiency.
