摘要
以近5年4511篇中学物理教研论文为研究样本,进行文本分析后发现:论文数量呈明显地域分布,论文主题有明显侧重,课改进程影响论文主题关注程度;中学物理教师的教学研究存在着理念滞后、低层次的重复研究较多、研究内容缺乏广度与深度、实证研究薄弱、研究方法单一等问题。为了培养"研究型教师",需大力引导中学物理教师转变教育理念,加强教学反思,同时加强校本培训,合理配置资源,从而达到提升中学物理教学质量之目的。
4511 middle school physics teaching and research papers in the past 5 years were used as the research samples,after the analysis of the text,it was found that:the number of papers has a distinct geographical distribution;the thesis theme had obvious emphasis;the process of curriculum reform affects the degree of thesis theme concern. The teaching research papers of middle school physics teachers have such problems as repeated research content,lack of breadth and depth,weak empirical research and the single research method. In order to cultivate“research-type teachers”,the professional development of middle school physics teachers in China needs to change the educational concept,strengthen teaching reflection,and allocate resources rationally,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of physics teaching in middle schools.
