孟鲁司特钠片联合盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果观察

Effect of Montelukast Sodium Tablets Combined with Azelastine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray in Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的:分析孟鲁司特钠片联合盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法:纳入2018年10-12月通过发放问卷形式调查的伽师县职业技术学院2 000例学生中确诊为过敏性鼻炎的250例患者,将最终入组参加规范化诊疗并随诊的150例患者依随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各75例,对照组接受盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷雾剂治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合孟鲁司特钠片治疗,两组疗程均为8周,对比两组患者临床症状积分、临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、不良反应情况。结果:治疗后研究组打喷嚏、鼻痒、鼻塞、流清涕临床症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床总有效率为93.33%,对照组为82.67%,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组打喷嚏、鼻痒、鼻塞、流清涕症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为2.67%,对照组为4.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠片联合盐酸氮卓斯汀可有效减轻过敏性鼻炎患者打喷嚏、鼻痒等症状,且不良反应较少,值得借鉴。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium Tablets combined with Azelastine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray in treatment of allergic rhinitis.Method:From October to December 2018,2 000 students from Jiashi County Vocational and Technical College were enrolled in the questionnaire survey,and 250 patients were diagnosed as allergic rhinitis.150 patients who participated in standardized diagnosis and treatment and followed up were divided into control group(n=75) and study group(n=75) according to random numerical table.The control group was treated with Azelastine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray.The patients in the study group were treated with Montelukast Sodium Tablets on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 8 weeks.The clinical symptom score,clinical curative effect,clinical symptom disappearance time and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms of sneezing,nasal itching,nasal congestion and runny were lower in the study group than those in the control group,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 93.33% in the study group and 82.67% in the control group,which was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The symptoms of sneezing,nasal itching,nasal congestion and runny discharge in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.67% in the study group and 4.00% in the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast Sodium Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Azelastine Hydrochloride can effectively relieve symptoms such as sneezing nasal itching and so on in allergic rhinitis patients with fewer adverse reactions.
