利湿化瘀汤联合氯沙坦钾及雷公藤多苷治疗Ig A肾病的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Lishi Huayu Decoction Combined with Losartan Potassium and Tripterygium Glycosides in the Treatment of Patients with IgA Nephropathy

目的:观察利湿化瘀汤+氯沙坦钾+雷公藤多苷治疗Ig A肾病的临床效果。方法:选取2016年4月-2018年5月笔者所在医院的Ig A肾病患者63例,按治疗方案分组,参照组31例采取雷公藤多苷+氯沙坦钾治疗,试验组32例采取利湿化瘀汤+氯沙坦钾+雷公藤多苷治疗,观察比较两组疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后血清肌酐(Scr)、尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平及24 h尿蛋白定量。结果:试验组总有效率96.88%,高于参照组的74.19%(P<0.05);治疗前两组血清Scr、UA、BUN、β2-MG水平及24 h尿蛋白定量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组治疗后血清Scr、UA、BUN、β2-MG水平较参照组低,24 h尿蛋白定量较参照组少(P<0.05);试验组不良反应总发生率9.38%与参照组的3.23%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:IgA肾病患者采取利湿化瘀汤+氯沙坦钾+雷公藤多苷治疗,临床效果确切,能明显提升肾功能,且安全性高。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of combined Lishi Huayu Decoction with Losartan Potassium and Tripterygium Glycosides in the treatment of patients with IgA nephropathy.Method:A total of 63 patients with IgA nephropathy were enrolled in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2018.According to the treatment plan,31 patients in the reference group were treated with Tripterygium Glycosides combined with Losartan Potassium,and on this basis,32 patients in the experimental group were treated with Lishi Huayu Decoction.The effects of serum creatinine(Scr),uric acid(UA),urea nitrogen(BUN),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG) levels and 24-hour urinary protein quantification were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.88%,which was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum Scr,UA,BUN,β2-MG levels and 24-hour urine protein between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of serum Scr,UA,BUN and β2-MG in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group after treatment,and the 24-hour urine protein was less than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 9.38%,which in the reference group was 3.23%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect is clear on patients with IgA nephropathy who are treated with Lishi Huayu Decoction combined with Losartan Potassium and Tripterygium Glycosides.It can significantly improve renal function and has high safety.
