CRP和SAA对儿童呼吸道感染鉴别诊断的价值

The Value of Differential Diagnosis for Children Respiratory Infections by CRP and SAA

目的:探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)和血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)对儿童呼吸道感染鉴别诊断的价值。方法:收集东莞市厚街医院2018年3月-2019年3月收治的急性呼吸道感染患儿120例临床资料,依据血清学、病原体及影像学检查结果,分为细菌组50例和病毒组70例,选取同期健康体检者70例作为对照组。比较CRP与SAA水平及其相关性。结果:细菌组CRP高于病毒组、对照组,对照组SAA低于细菌组、病毒组,细菌组CRP阳性率高于病毒组、对照组,对照组SAA阳性率低于细菌组、病毒组,患儿CRP与SAA具有明显的正相关性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CRP与SAA联合检测对于提高儿童呼吸道感染鉴别诊断具有重要的意义。

Objective:To approach the value of differential diagnosis for Children respiratory infections by CRP and SAA.Method:120 cases clinical data of children respiratory infections in Dongguan City Houjie Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were analyzed,and according to the results of serology,pathogen and imaging,50 cases were divided into the bacterial group and 70 cases into the viral group,then 70 cases health checkups were selected as the control group.Compared the CRP and SAA levels and their correlation.Result:CRP of the bacterial group was higher than the viral group and the control group,and SAA of the control group was lower than the bacterial group and the viral group.CRP positive rate of the bacterial group was higher than the viral group and the control group,SAA positive rate of the control group was lower than the bacterial group and the virus group.There was a significant positive correlation between CRP and SAA in children.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Joint testing CRP and SAA are important significance for improving the differential diagnosis of respiratory infections in children.
