全脑放疗联合替莫唑胺治疗非小细胞肺癌脑转移的预后效果观察

Prognostic Effect of Whole Brain Radiotherapy Combined with Temozolomide in the Treatment of Brain Metastasis of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:探究全脑放疗联合替莫唑胺治疗非小细胞肺癌脑转移的预后效果。方法:以随机的方式选取2017年1-12月在笔者所在医院进行非小细胞肺癌脑转移治疗的60例患者作为本次调查的对象。按照随机的方式将患者分成两组,对照组30例、试验组30例。对照组在本次调查中采用的治疗方式为全脑放疗,试验组采用的治疗方式为全脑放疗联合替莫唑胺治疗。观察对照组和试验组临床治疗效果。结果:对照组治疗有效率低于试验组,不良反应发生率高于试验组,生存时间短于试验组,经对比两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在非小细胞肺癌脑转移临床治疗中可采取全脑放疗联合替莫唑胺治疗方式,效果显著,此方式值得临床应用和推广。

Objective:To explore the prognostic effect of whole brain radiotherapy combined with Temozolomide in the treatment of brain metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer.Method:60 patients with brain metastasis from non-small cell lung cancer treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were randomly selected as the subjects of this survey.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the experimental group.The control group was treated with whole brain radiotherapy in this investigation,while the experimental group was treated with whole brain radiotherapy combined with Temozolomide.Observed the clinical effect of the control group and the experimental group.Result:The effective rate of treatment in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group,the incidence of adverse reactions was higher than that in the experimental group,and the survival time was shorter than that in the experimental group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole brain radiotherapy combined with Temozolomide can be used in the treatment of brain metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer.The effect is remarkable.This method is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
