Rho GTP酶结合蛋白2基因表达与卵巢癌的预后关系及机制分析

Relationship between Expression of Rho GTPase-binding Protein 2 Gene and Prognosis of Ovarian Cancer and Its Mechanism

目的:探讨卵巢癌组织Rho GTP酶结合蛋白2(RHPN2)表达变化与卵巢癌预后的关系。方法:用Kaplan-Meier plotter数据库分析卵巢癌组织和正常组织中RHPN2基因表达的差异,并分析不同RHPN2基因表达状态下卵巢癌的总生存差异,探索RHPN2基因表达的预后价值。结果:Kaplan-Meier plotter数据库包含了1 653个病例样本。数据分析结果显示正常卵巢组织中RHPN2基因低表达,卵巢癌组织中RHPN2基因高表达。根据预设的截断值,308例为高表达组,347例患者为低表达。RHPN2基因低表达组卵巢癌中位总生存时间为52.03个月,高表达组为35.53个月,差异有统计学意义[风险比(HR)=1.47,95%CI(1.2,1.8),P=0.001]。结论:RHPN2基因高表达是降低卵巢癌总生存的不良预后因素。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of Rho GTPase binding protein 2(RHPN2) in ovarian cancer and its prognosis value.Method:The Kaplan-Meier plotter database was used to analyze the difference of RHPN2 gene expression in ovarian cancer tissues and normal tissues,and the total survival difference of ovarian cancer under different RHPN2 gene expression status was analyzed.The prognostic value of RHPN2 gene expression was explored.Result:The Kaplan-Meier plotter database contained 1 653 case samples.The results of data analysis showed that the RHPN2 gene was down-regulated in normal ovarian tissues,and the RHPN2 gene was highly expressed in ovarian cancer tissues.According to the preset cut-off value,308 cases were included in high expression group and 347 cases in low expression group.The median survival time of ovarian cancer in the low expression group of RHPN2 gene was 52.03 months,and that in the high expression group was 35.53 months,the difference was statistically significant[hazard ratio(HR)=1.47,95%CI(1.2,1.8),P=0.001].Conclusion:High expression of RHPN2 gene is a poor prognostic factor for reducing the overall survival of ovarian cancer.
