摘要
依托扬州市江阳路改扩建工程,通过对原沥青路上下面层沥青混凝土的铣刨回收、沥青抽提试验和集料筛分试验,测试抽提沥青的基本性能,并分析确定其老化程度、测试回收集料的物理力学性能及其级配特征,提出铣刨料再生方案;将铣刨料以旧料掺量为20%、30%分别应用于不同级配(AC-13C、AC-20C、AC-25C)的沥青混合料中,进行再生沥青混合料路用性能测试,为铣刨料应用于改扩建工程新建路面结构不同层次提供理论依据。在室内研究的基础上结合实体工程,将旧沥青路面铣刨料应用于扬州城市南部快速通道先导段进行铺筑,验证了旧沥青路面铣刨料全循环再生应用的有效性和科学性。
This article relies on the reconstruction and expansion project of Jiangyang Road in Yangzhou City. Through the milling recovery,bitumen extraction test and aggregate screening test of the asphalt concrete on the original asphalt pavement,the basic properties of extracted asphalt are tested and analyzed to determine its aging degree. To test the physical and mechanical properties of the collected material and analyze its gradation characteristics,propose a plan for the regeneration of the milling mate rial;apply the milling material to 20% and 30% of the old material respectively for different gradations(AC-13C,AC-20C,AC- 25C),the pavement performance test of the recycled asphalt mixture is carried out to provide a theoretical basis for the different levels of the new pavement structure of the milling and renovating project. On the basis of indoor research,physical engineering was used to apply the old asphalt pavement milling material to the southern section of Yangzhou City's southern fast-track pilot section for paving,verifying the effectiveness and scientificity of the application of full-cycle regeneration of old asphalt pavement milling materials.
