摘要
研究了聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料颗粒对发泡混凝土的发泡过程和发泡体性能的影响规律。结果表明,随聚苯泡沫颗粒掺量增加,混凝土浆体的发泡倍率和发泡速度、试块的绝干密度和抗压强度均降低。铝粉发泡是降低混凝土绝干密度和抗压强度的主要因素,掺聚苯泡沫颗粒是次要因素,二者结合可以获得较低绝干密度和较高抗压强度的粉煤灰基发泡混凝土。
The effect law of adding polystyrene foam particles on the foaming process and foam properties of foamed concrete was studied experimentally. The results show that with the increase of the amount of foamed particles,the expansion ratio and foaming speed of the concrete slurry,as well as the dry density and the compressive strength of the specimen are reduced. Aluminum powder foaming is the main factor reducing the dry density and compressive strength of concrete. While the addition of foamed plastic particles is a secondary factor,the combination of the two can obtain a concrete test block with lower absolute dry density and higher compressive strength.
