优化院前急救护理路径在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用

Application of Optimization the Path of Pre-hospital Emergency Nursing in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:分析优化院前急救护理路径在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的急性心肌梗死患者164例,根据入院时间进行分组,对照组(n=82)给予常规院前急救护理路径,观察组(n=82)给予优化院前急救护理路径,比较两组接听电话至救护车出诊时间、现场急救时间、转运入院时间、住院时间、入院成功率、抢救成功率、入院后心血管事件发生率。结果:观察组接听电话至救护车出诊时间、现场急救时间、转运入院时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组入院成功率、抢救成功率均高于对照组,入院后心血管事件发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优化院前急救护理路径有助于缩短出诊时间,为患者争取抢救时间,提高抢救成功率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of optimization the path of pre-hospital emergency nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method:From January 2018 to January 2019,164 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction were treated in our hospital,and they were grouped according to the different hospital time.The control group(n=82) was given conventional pre-hospital emergency nursing path,the observation group(n=82) was given the optimization of pre-hospital emergency nursing path.Comparison the two groups to answer a phone call to the ambulance visit time,the time of emergency treatment at the scene,transfer admission time,hospitalization stay,the success rate of admission,the success rate of rescue and incidence of cardiovascular events after admission.Result:The time from answering a phone call to the ambulance visit time,the time of emergency treatment at the scene,transfer admission time and hospitalization stay in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of admission and rescue in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimizing the path of pre-hospital emergency nursing is helpful to shorten the visit time,to strive for rescue time for patients,and to improve the success rate of rescue.
