集束化护理在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用与体会

Application and Experience of Cluster Nursing in Patients Undergoing Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:探讨集束化护理在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用与体会。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年6月-2018年10月收治的116例妇科腹腔镜手术患者,将其随机分为两组,各58例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用集束化护理。参与研究的护理人员共40名,随机分入两组,各20名。比较两组的护理质量和风险事件发生情况。结果:观察组护士基础护理评分、安全意识评分、沟通协调评分和工作态度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组非计划拔管、切口感染、术前准备失误、护理记录有误、无菌操作不当发生率(3.45%、5.17%、1.72%、0、1.72%)均明显低于对照组(18.97%、20.69%、13.79%、13.79%、15.52%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妇科腹腔镜手术患者临床护理中应用集束化护理能够有效提高护理质量,降低风险事件发生率。

Objective:To explore the application and experience of cluster nursing in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Method:From June 2016 to October 2018,116 cases of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery patients in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,58 cases in the control group used conventional care,58 cases in the observation group used cluster nursing,40 nurses were randomly divided into two groups,20 nurses in each group for nursing,the quality of care and risk events occur in two groups were compared.Result:The scores of basic nursing,safety consciousness,communication and coordination and working attitude of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of unplanned extubation,incision infection,preoperative preparation errors,incorrect nursing records and improper sterile operation in the observation group(3.45%,5.17%,1.72%,0,1.72%) were significantly lower than those in the control group(18.97%,20.69%,13.79%,13.79%,15.52%),there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cluster nursing in clinical nursing of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the quality of nursing and reduce the incidence of risk events.
