多样性互动护理方式对住院糖尿病患者的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Diversity and Interactive Nursing Methods in Hospitalized Patients with Diabetes

目的:分析多样性互动护理方式在糖尿病住院患者中的应用价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年1-12月收治的84例糖尿病住院患者入组进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组42例,研究组采用多样性互动护理方式,对照组采用常规护理方式,比较干预前后两组患者血糖控制等情况。结果:护理后,研究组患者血糖水平均低于对照组,同时研究组对糖尿病相关健康知识掌握度评分、对护理工作总满意率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用多样化互动护理方式对糖尿病住院患者进行干预,不仅能使患者提高疾病相关健康知识掌握度和更好地控制血糖水平,还能提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application value of diversity interactive nursing methods in hospitalized patients with diabetes.Method:Eighty-four inpatients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital were enrolled in the study(from January to December 2018).Patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The study group adopted diversified interactive nursing,while the control group adopted routine nursing.The blood glucose control between the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Result:After nursing,the blood glucose level of the patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the diabetes-related knowledge of health knowledge and the total satisfaction rate of nursing work in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:By using the diversified interactive nursing way,the intervention of the diabetic inpatients can not only improve the knowledge of the disease-related health knowledge and better control the blood sugar level,but also improve the patients’ satisfaction with the nursing work.
