Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of modified external excision and internal ligation and sclerotherapy in patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids.Method:84 cases of patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids were selected in our hospital from March 2013 to February 2019,according to the wishes of patients divided into the control group and the research group,42 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional external excision and internal ligation and sclerotherapy, and the research group was given modified external excision and internal ligation and sclerotherapy. The quality of life and pain scores before and after treatment, and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment, the quality of life scores were higher than those before treatment, and the quality of life scores in the control group were lower than those of the research group(P<0.05).The pain scores in the control group were significantly higher than those of the research group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that of the research group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified external excision and internal ligation and sclerotherapy for the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids can significantly alleviate the pain of patients, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of wide application.
