米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤与单用甲氨蝶呤治疗宫外孕的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Mifepristone Combined with Methotrexate and Methotrexate Alone in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:探讨米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤与单用甲氨蝶呤治疗宫外孕的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年1月笔者所在医院收治的宫外孕患者192例,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组采用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗,对照组采用甲氨蝶呤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,临床症状消失时间及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床症状消失时间均早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:临床使用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗宫外孕的效果较好,能有效缩短临床症状消失时间,具有较高的安全性,值得在基层推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Mifepristone combined with Methotrexate and Methotrexate alone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Method:192 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with Methotrexate combined with Mifepristone,while the control group was treated with Methotrexate alone.To observe and compare the clinical efficacy,time of symptom disappearance and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.Result:The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Time of symptom disappearance in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Clinical application of Methotrexate combined with Mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy has a good effect,and it can effectively shorten the time of symptom disappearance,and has a high safety,which is worthy of promotion and application at the grassroots level.
