不同年龄段癫痫患者给予丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗效果及血药浓度监测

Curative Effect of Sodium Valproate Sustained-release Tablets on Epilepsy Patients in Different Age Groups and Blood Concentration Monitoring

目的:探讨不同年龄段癫痫患者在给予丙戊酸钠缓释片后的治疗效果及血药浓度监测结果。方法:选取2015年3月-2018年5月笔者所在医院收治的90例癫痫患者为研究对象,30例老年患者为A组,30例中青年患者为B组,30例患儿为C组,均予以丙戊酸治疗6个月。比较三组治疗效果,并监测其血药浓度。结果:A组的无效率为13.34%,B组为10.0%,C组为23.34%,C组的治疗效果显著低于A、B两组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但A、B两组的治疗效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组不同血药浓度下患者所占比例与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:相对患儿而言,丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗成人癫痫的药物疗效更佳,临床还需密切关注血药浓度变化。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Sodium Valproate Sustained-release Tablets on epilepsy patients in different age groups and blood concentration monitoring results.Method:A total of 90 patients with epilepsy who were admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to May 2018 were selected as study subjects.30 elderly patients were enrolled in group A.30 middle-young age patients were enrolled in group B.30 children patients were enrolled in group C.All patients were treated with valproate for 6 months.The curative effect was compared among the three groups and the blood concentration was monitored.Result:The inefficiencies of group A,group B group C was 13.34%,10.0% and 23.34%,respectively.The curative effect of group C was significantly lower than that of group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in curative effect between group A and group B(P>0.05).The rate of different blood drug concentrations in group A was compared with group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between other groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with children,the curative effect of Sodium Valproate Sustained-release Tablets better on the adult with epilepsy.It is necessary to pay close attention to changes in blood concentration clinically.
