男性精子顶体酶活性与精子活力、精液浓度和精子正常形态的相关性分析

Analysis of the Correlation between Acrosin Activity and Sperm Motility,Semen Concentration and Normal Sperm Morphology in Male

目的:研究男性精子顶体酶活性与精子活力、精液浓度和精子正常形态的相关性。方法:选取2017年7月-2018年6月在笔者所在医院进行检查的200例男性作为研究对象,均进行精子顶体酶活性检测,分析精子顶体酶活性与精液常规参数的相关性。结果:精子活力正常组的精子浓度、顶体酶活性、正常形态、NP均高于异常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。顶体酶活性正常组的精子浓度、PR、正常形态、NP均高于异常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性精子顶体酶活性与精液常规参数(精子活力、精液浓度、精子正常形态)为正相关(P<0.05)。结论:男性精子顶体酶活性可有效评估精液质量,两者之间存在密切关系。

Objective:To study the correlation between acrosin activity and sperm motility,semen concentration and normal sperm morphology.Method:A total of 200 males who were examined in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.Sperm acrosin activity was detected and the correlation between sperm acrosin activity and semen routine parameters was analyzed.Result:Sperm concentration,acrosin activity,normal morphology and NP in normal sperm motility group were higher than those in the abnormal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Sperm concentration,PR,normal morphology and NP in normal acrosin activity group were higher than those in abnormal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The acrosin activity of male sperm was positively correlated with sperm routine parameters(sperm motility,sperm concentration and normal sperm morphology)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The acrosin activity of male sperm can effectively evaluate the quality of semen,and there is a close relationship between them.
