消毒供应室管理中前瞻性管理理念的运用及对院内感染发生的影响

Application of Proactive Management Concept in the Management of Disinfection Supply Room and Its Influence on the Occurrence of Nosocomial Infection

目的:探究消毒供应室管理中前瞻性管理理念的运用及对院内感染发生的影响。方法:将2017年1-12月笔者所在医院未实施前瞻性管理理念之前消毒供应室的26名工作人员、120件护理物品及使用120件护理物品的60例患者作为对照组,将2018年1-12月笔者所在医院实施前瞻性管理理念后消毒供应室的26名工作人员、120件护理物品及使用120件护理物品的60例患者作为研究组。所有患者均采用常规护理措施,对照组的工作人员及护理物品进行常规护理管理,研究组的工作人员及护理物品则采用前瞻性管理理念。比较两组护理管理质量评分、患者满意度及院内感染情况、护理物品管理合格率。结果:研究组各项护理管理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总满意度高于对照组,且院内感染率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理物品管理合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在消毒供应室的管理中采用前瞻性的管理理念,能够有效提高工作人员操作合格率,降低院内感染的发生,使患者满意度得到提升。

Objective:To explore the application of prospective management concept in the management of disinfection supply room and its impact on nosocomial infection.Method:26 staffs,120 nursing goods in the disinfection supply room and 60 patients using 120 nursing goods were selected as the control group before the implementation of the proactive management concept in our hospital from January to December 2017,and 26 staffs,120 nursing goods in the disinfection supply room and 60 patients using 120 nursing goods were selected as the study group after the implementation of the proactive management concept in our hospital from January to December 2018.Routine nursing measures were adopted in all patients.Routine nursing management was applied in the control group of staff and nursing goods and prospective management was applied in the research group of staff and nursing goods.The nursing management quality score,patient satisfaction,nosocomial infection and qualified rate of nursing goods management were compared between the two groups.Result:The nursing management quality score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the nosocomial infection rate was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The qualified rate of nursing goods management in the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prospective management concept in the management of disinfection supply room can effectively improve the qualified rate of operation,reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,and improve patient satisfaction.
