健康教育路径在口腔科正畸患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Health Education Path in Orthodontic Patients in Department of Stomatology

目的:探讨健康教育路径在口腔科正畸患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾2016年12月-2018年12月在笔者所在医院口腔科行正畸的180例患者资料。将实施健康教育路径的作为观察组,采取传统教育方法的作为对照组,每组90例。比较两组患者护理前后焦虑、抑郁、疼痛评分、对正畸健康知识掌握程度和护理满意度。结果:护理后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者正畸健康知识知晓率为93.3%,对护理工作满意度为100%,对照组患者正畸健康知识知晓率为70.0%,对护理工作满意度为73.1%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育路径能改善正畸患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者对正畸健康知识的知晓率,有利于促进患者配合临床治疗,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To explore the application effect of health education path in orthodontic patients.Method:The data of 180 patients who underwent orthodontic treatment in the department of stomatology of our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were reviewed.The patients who received health education path worked as the observation group and those who received traditional education methods worked as the control group.There were 90 cases in both groups.The anxiety,depression,pain score,knowledge of orthodontic health and nursing satisfaction of the patients before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The awareness rate of the knowledge of orthodontic health in the observation group was 93.3%,and the satisfaction rate of nursing work was 100%.The awareness rate of the knowledge of orthodontic health in the control group was 70.0%,and the satisfaction rate of nursing work was 73.1%.The comparative difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education path can improve the anxiety and depression of orthodontic patients,enhance the awareness rate of the knowledge of orthodontic health.It is in favour of promoting patients to cooperate with clinical treatment,therefore has higher application value.
