辨体调周补肾法治疗不同体型多囊卵巢综合征76例

Clinical Observation of Bianti Tiaozhou Bushen Therapy for 76 cases of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Different Body Size

目的:观察辨体调周补肾法治疗不同体型多囊卵巢综合征患者的效果。方法:应用辨体调周补肾法治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者76例,根据BMI分为肥胖组39例,非肥胖组37例。治疗3个月,观察两组临床疗效、排卵率、月经量表评分、治疗前后T、LH/FSH水平。结果:肥胖组、非肥胖组总有效率分别为71.79%、72.97%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肥胖组、非肥胖组排卵率分别为53.84%、59.45%,两组排卵率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肥胖组、非肥胖组治疗后T、LH/FSH、月经量表评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,肥胖组、非肥胖组T、LH/FSH、月经量表评分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:辨体调周补肾法能够有效降低多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素T、LH/FSH水平,改善临床症状,对不同体型患者均有较好的临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bianti Tiaozhou Bushen therapy for different body size of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Method:Bianti Tiaozhou Bushen therapy was used to treat 76 cases of PCOS,and according to BMI,39 cases were divided into the obese group and 37 cases were divided into the non-obese group.The clinical efficacy,ovulation rate,menstrual scale score,T and LH/FSH levels before and after treatment were observed.Result:The obese group and the non-obese group total effective rate was 71.79% and 72.97% respectively.Comparison of total efficiency between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The obese group and the non-obese group total ovulation rate was 53.84% and 59.45%.Comparison of ovulation rate between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison of T,LH/FSH and menstrual scale scores between the obese group and the non-obese group after treatment,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,T,LH/FSH and menstrual scale scores of the obese group and the non-obese group were compared with those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Bianti Tiaozhou Bushen therapy can effectively reduce levels of sex hormone T and LH/FSH in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and improve clinical symptoms,and for patients of different body size have good clinical efficacy.
