水平直肌移位术治疗斜视的临床观察与评价

Clinical Observation and Evaluation of Horizontal Rectus Muscle Transposition for Strabismus

目的:观察水平直肌移位术治疗斜视的疗效,并评估治疗安全性。方法:选择2017年2月-2018年5月收治的70例斜视患者,30例给予常规方法治疗(甲组),另40例患者接受水平直肌移位术,对比两组疗效。结果:乙组治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于甲组的73.3%(P<0.05);治疗后乙组GQOLI-74各维度评分高于甲组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后均未出现严重不良反应,不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:水平直肌移位术治疗斜视,疗效更为理想,过程相对安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of horizontal rectus muscle transposition in the treatment of strabismus and to evaluate the safety of treatment.Method:Seventy strabismus patients from February 2017 to May 2018 were selected.Thirty patients were treated with routine methods(group A).Another 40 patients were treated with horizontal rectus muscle transposition.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of group B was 95.0%,higher than 73.3% of group A(P<0.05).The GQOLI-74 score of group B was higher than that of group A after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups after operation,and the incidence of adverse reactions has no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Horizontal rectus muscle transposition is a safe and reliable procedure for strabismus,and it is worth popularizing.
