穴位贴敷法防治妇科腹腔镜全麻术后恶心呕吐的护理研究

Nursing Study on Prevention and Treatment of Nausea and Vomiting after Gynecological Laparoscopic General Anesthesia by Acupoint Application

目的:对穴位贴敷法防治妇科腹腔镜全麻术后恶心呕吐的护理效果进行研究。方法:选取2017年5月-2018年7月笔者所在医院收治的72例妇科腹腔镜全麻手术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组(n=36)与研究组(n=36)。参照组采用常规护理,研究组在其基础上采用穴位贴敷法进行护理治疗。比较两组患者恶心呕吐情况及护理满意度。结果:研究组患者恶心呕吐发生率明显低于参照组,护理总满意度明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对妇科腹腔镜全麻手术患者进行治疗时,采用穴位贴敷法进行护理治疗,可以有效地避免术后出现恶心呕吐的情况,提高患者护理满意度,使患者快速的恢复健康。

Objective:To study the nursing effect of acupoint application on preventing and treating nausea and vomiting after gynecological laparoscopic general anesthesia.Method:A total of 72 cases of gynecological laparoscopic general anesthesia patients admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into reference group(n=36) and research group(n=36) by random number table method.The reference group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given acupoint application nursing treatment on the basis of routine nursing.The nausea and vomiting and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the research group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and total nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: In the treatment of gynecological laparoscopic general anesthesia patients,acupoint application method for nursing treatment,can effectively avoid nausea and vomiting after operation,improve patient satisfaction with nursing,and make patients recover quickly.
