针灸联合疏泄0号方治疗心肝郁热、痰火内扰型失眠效果分析

Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Shuxie No.0 Formula on Insomnia of Heart-liver Depression-heat and Phlegm-fire Internal Disturbance

目的:对针灸联合疏泄0号方治疗心肝郁热、痰火内扰型失眠症的临床效果进行研究。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年1月-2018年12月收治的76例失眠患者,中医辨证分型为心肝郁热、痰火内扰型。将所有患者随机分为两组,每组38例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用针灸联合疏泄0号方服用治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.1%,对照组为73.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.027,P<0.05);治疗前两组中医症候评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合疏泄0号方治疗心肝郁热、痰火内扰型失眠效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Shuxie No.0 on insomnia of heart-liver depression-heat and phlegmfire internal disturbance.Method:A tatal of 76 cases insomnia patients in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) dialectical classification was heart-liver depression-heat and phlegm-fire internal disturbance.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Shuxie No.0 prescription.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Result:The effective rate of the observation group was 92.1% and that of the control group was 73.7%,the difference was statistically significant( X^2=9.027,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the scores of the two groups were lower after treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Shuxie Formula No.0 is effective in treating insomnia of stagnation of heat in heart and liver and disturbance of phlegm and fire,which is worthy of clinical application.
