两种植皮方式在修复大面积烧伤创面中的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨微粒皮植皮与Meek植皮两种植皮方式对大面积烧伤创面的修复效果。方法:选择笔者所在科行植皮手术治疗的64例大面积烧伤患者作为本次研究对象,选取时间为2016年11月-2018年12月。将其随机分为甲组和乙组,各32例。甲组应用Meek植皮机予以植皮修复治疗,乙组应用微粒皮机予以植皮修复治疗,对比两组患者的植皮修复效果。结果:甲组手术治疗时间与创面愈合时间均显著短于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲组患者植皮成功率、康复率及死亡率分别为87.50%、71.88%、9.38%,乙组患者分别是56.25%、46.88%、31.25%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在大面积烧伤患者创面修复中应用Meek植皮机植皮方式的修复效果显著优于微粒皮机植皮方法,植皮成功率与康复率更高,能够明显降低死亡率,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of two kinds of skin grafting methods,particulate skin grafting and Meek skin grafting,on the repair of extensive burn wounds.Method:64 patients with extensive burn who underwent skin grafting in our department were selected as the research object of this study.The selected time was from November 2016 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 32 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Meek skin grafting machine and group B was treated with microparticle skin grafting machine.The effect of skin grafting repair of two groups was compared.Result:The operation time and wound healing time of group A were significantly shorter than those of the group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate,recovery rate and mortality rate of skin grafting in group A were 87.50%,71.88%,9.38% respectively,while those in group B were 56.25%,46.88% and 31.25% respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Meek skin grafting is better than that of microparticle skin grafting in the repair of large area burn wounds.The success rate and recovery rate of skin grafting are higher,and the mortality rate can be reduced significantly.It is worthy of clinical application.
